Minocqua Area Fishing Report

ICE UPDATE! 5/3/2018

Nearly all lakes are still ice covered, this does not mean they are covered with good ice, but considered too covered to launch a boat.

Today’s sun and expected highs in the low 70’s should eat up a lot of ice today.

East wind is catching some edges to help eat up shoreline ice. Most lakes have ice that is 6-10’ pulled away from shore. Anglers still ice fishing on south shore of Big Arbor Vitae, parts of Minocqua, but Minocqua ice looks bad!
